New Zealand delivery
- we offer free shipping on all NZ orders
- we endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order
- approximate delivery time is 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch
Australia delivery
- we offer free shipping for all AU orders over $100. there is a flat rate of $20 for orders under $100. express shipping is available at check-out at a flat rate of $30.
- we endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order
- approximate delivery time from date of dispatch is 5-10 working days for standard shipping and 3-5 working days for express shipping
rest of world delivery
- postage is $50 NZD for all international orders
- we endeavor to dispatch items within 1 working day of receiving your order
- approximate delivery time is 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch
returns
before submitting your return form, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- all returns must be delivered to us within ten days of your order date. international customers must notify us in writing within ten days for an extended return period.
- returned garments must be in their original condition: unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. exchanges for the same style are permitted if stock is available.
- returns that do not meet the above criteria will be declined and sent back at the customer's cost.
full priced items
full priced returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or for an exchange within our return period.
sale items
sale returns are only eligible for an exchange for the same style, subject to stock availability. No credits or refunds will be made on sale goods unless faulty.
exchanges
you can exchange any item within ten days of the order date for a different item, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached. for international customers, we accept a longer exchange period if you notify us in writing within ten days.
faulty Items
we stand by the quality of our products and are proud to make 100% of our collection in-house. If your purchase is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@standardissue.co.nz for a timely resolution. our fibers are meticulously tested to ensure longevity, and our high-quality yarns and tight knitting minimize issues like pilling.

return shipping costs
all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. returned packages that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of Standard Issue. we recommend using a postal service that allows you to track your goods and insures you for their value.
to make a return
all returns must include a returns form, downloadable here. returns without this form will not be accepted. please carefully package your return as goods damaged in transit will not receive a refund or credit.
