Restore – Bespoke

for knitwear with multiple holes or large areas of damage, we invite you to get in touch to discuss your needs and we can quote for a bespoke mending service. please note our bespoke service is only available to New Zealand customers.

please note this service is only available for New Zealand customers.

please email us regarding your bespoke mending needs. we will reply with the process required to assess and determine the cost to restore your knitwear.

once assessment is complete you will receive an invoice for payment. on receiving payment for your bespoke service a reusable mailer will be sent to you. this mailer will include a label for return to our workroom. place your laundered knit for restoration inside the mailer and attach the label provided to the outside of the package.

you can either book a courier pick-up or drop the mailer at your local post office. book courier or find closest post office here.

for the health and safety of our team all knitwear returned for mending must be laundered. we cannot accept garments that have not been washed.

we are unable to repair threadbare items, marks/stains or garments with significant holes/tears.

some items may be found to be unrepairable by our expert menders, we will contact you to discuss the next best step in this instance.

you can expect return of your garment within 4 weeks from receipt into our workroom.
